We have two batteries, both model AS-TPB21.
We live in the U.S. and these have worked very well for us, and we charge them from wall outlets.
Soon, these will be used in Ireland and Northern Ireland. I know we will need a Type G adapter to use a wall outlet, but I am not clear if we will need a voltage converter.
Can these be charged from a wall outlet that outputs 230V or 240V?

I purchasef a 2 pack of chargers through Amazon on October 17, 2022. A black and white chargers. 15000mAh. Tje black unit has stopped taking a charge from the home wall plug in. White one still works. What do ido? Is there a way for me to repair? Or can you repair or replace?
Write to the Amazon seller where you bought power banks. If it is a factory defect, it will be replaced under warranty.
When I plug my Miady model AS-TPB21 into a wall socket to charge, it stops charging after about 15 min without fully charging the unit. When I plug it into my computer to charge, it charges all the way. What is wrong?

Try changing the power adapter that you use to charge your battery. Also, we do not recommend charging the power banks from a computer’s USB port.
